Return Policy
At LAVI, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
Eligibility for Returns:
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items, including nail care products.
How to Return:
- Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at [email/contact info] within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
- Ship the Item Back: Pack your return securely, and include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
Refunds & Exchanges:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear in your account.
- If you prefer to exchange your item for a different product, please let us know, and we’ll assist you with the exchange process.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Please Note:
- Items returned outside the 7-day return window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrect items sent by us.
